Empathy Lego Team Building Activity
Time is limited, tasks are many!
Using specially designed Legos for the activity, teams design company products together.
Participants may be tasked with creating anything from a metrobus to a 3D Eiffel Tower.
In the Empathy Lego activity, team members frequently switch tasks and try to anticipate and complete their teammates’ remaining assignments.
Teams that use creativity, speed, and empathy skills to finish the tasks first will win the grand prize.
